Room 321 Technology Lectern
After pushing the middle button on the small panel on the lectern, you can start the technology for 321 or for 321 & 320 together (with 321 as the front of the room). You can either use the computer in the lectern or plug in a laptop with the VGA cable and audio jack. There is a microphone on the lectern as well as a hand-held mic and a lavalier (stored in right-side drawer); volume is controlled for each on the small panel. A PowerPoint clicker (with a laser pointer) is also on the lectern. The panel controls the projector and screen as well. When shutting down, use the panel to log-off; turning off the projector or raising the screen separately can cause a system malfunction.
